Refund & Returns Policy

At CHHAVIRAJA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, the customer must inform us by email at:

The return request must be sent within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at admin@chhaviraja.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs/videos of the product, if applicable
Our team will review the request and provide return instructions once the request is approved.
3. Return Shipping
Once the return is approved, the customer is required to ship the product to the following address:

The customer should pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product received.
Customers are advised to retain the shipping receipt and tracking details until the return has been successfully received and processed.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Not have been washed, altered, damaged, or stained
- Be returned with all accessories or items originally included with the order
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at admin@chhaviraja.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs/videos showing the issue along with your order details. After verification, we will guide you regarding the replacement, return, or applicable refund.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected.
If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, as applicable.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, stained, or returned without original tags/packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchange requests, where applicable, are subject to product availability and approval by CHHAVIRAJA. Customers should contact us at admin@chhaviraja.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss an exchange request.
